AMAZING BREAKING NEWS

Shannon Whisnant purchased a preowned barbecue grill and found hidden inside nothing other than a mummified human leg. After the initial surprise of the grotesque discovery, Whisnant, an aspiring TV personality, saw it as an opportunity for visibility. Whisnant branded himself “The Foot Man” while spreading the news of the mummified leg through media and planned to turn it into a roadside attraction.
Notoriety was growing as planned, until one day John Wood, a man with only one leg, came forward to claim his lost leg. Wood’s story is unbelievable: after a plane crash where his father died, his leg was amputated. The hospital returned the leg to Wood because he wanted to turn it into a shrine for his father. The leg ended up in a barbecue grill in Wood's storage shed, undergoing a primitive mummification process. That same grill was then auctioned off after his shed was repossessed.
Creepy, but the crazy part is yet to come.
Whisnant “ The Foot Man” refused to give up his “leg-acy", and there is a full documentary that chronicles the legal battle to determine the rightful owner of the leg.
